Immunization Resources

Carbon County Public Health offers a wide variety of vaccines for adults and children in Carbon County. For the highest quality service, we recommend making an appointment for immunizations. A parent or legal guardian must accompany children under 18 and should bring a copy of the child’s immunization record.

Free Adult Immunizations

The Adult Vaccine Program is a state-funded vaccine program that allows Wyoming residents to receive immunizations at no cost. Wyoming residents aged 19 and older who are uninsured or underinsured may receive the following immunizations through this program at both CCPH locations.

  • Shingles 
  • Influenza 
  • Hepatitis A 
  • Hepatitis B

Docket

Docket is available on your web browser and as an application for download from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Use Docket to:

  • View your personal and family vaccination records
  • Show vaccinations that are due, overdue, and complete
  • Send reminders when vaccines are due
  • There is no cost to download or use Docket. Docket will never ask for payment information.

 

Docket is securely updated with information from the Wyoming Immunization Registry (WyIR).

Troubleshooting Docket “No Match Found” and “Review and Try Again”

Docket searches for an exact match to first name, last name, legal sex, and phone number or email address. If the information provided to Docket does not match what is in the WyIR, a ‘No Match Found’ or ‘Review and Try Again’ notification will appear. If you receive a “No Match Found” or “Review and Try Again” notification, please give us a call at 307-328-2607 to update your patient information in the WyIR.

Tracy Young

Tracy has dedicated the past 22 years to community prevention work in Wyoming, demonstrating a deep and unwavering commitment to the well-being of her peers and communities. The majority of her impactful career has been spent in Laramie, where she also served for several years with the Wyoming Association of Chiefs and Sheriffs of Police. Currently, Tracy serves Carbon County as a local Community Prevention Specialist. Her dedication extends beyond county lines, as she also serves as a Crisis Intervention Team Coordinator and Trainer for the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.

Tracy and her husband established their roots in Laramie in 2001 with their son, Alex. In 2013, during the heart of her career focused on substance abuse and suicide prevention, Tracy and her husband faced the unimaginable loss of their only child, Alex, to suicide. This profound personal experience has undoubtedly deepened Tracy’s resolve and understanding in her ongoing work within the prevention field.
